Understanding your dashboard
The four panels
- Reach — unique accounts that saw your content, de-duplicated per channel but not across channels.
- Engagement — reactions, comments, shares, saves, and clicks, shown as a rate against reach.
- Conversion — goal completions attributed to Orbit360 links.
- Growth — net follower and subscriber change over the period.
Date handling
All periods use the workspace time zone and are inclusive of both endpoints. Comparison periods are the immediately preceding window of equal length unless you pick a custom comparison.
Attribution
Orbit360 uses last non-direct click attribution over a 30-day window by default. A conversion is credited to the last campaign-tagged link the contact clicked. You can switch to first-touch or linear in Settings → Tracking; changing the model recalculates history, it does not only affect new data.
Why numbers differ from the native app
Providers count impressions, video views, and follower snapshots on their own schedules and revise them for up to 72 hours. Orbit360 refreshes every three hours and backfills revisions. Treat the first day of any metric as provisional.
