Channel scoping

Any member can be restricted to a subset of channels. A scoped Editor sees only their channels in the calendar, inbox, and analytics — this is enforced server side, not hidden in the UI.

The last admin

A workspace must always keep at least one Admin. Orbit360 blocks removing or downgrading the final Admin account.

Guests

Approvers outside your organisation can be invited as guests: they can view and approve specific items and nothing else, and their access expires with the item.
