Uploading

Drag files into Content → Library, or upload straight from the composer. Limits: 50 MB per image, 2 GB per video, and 500 GB of storage on standard plans.

Supported: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, MP4, MOV.

Organizing

Use folders for campaigns or brands, and labels for cross-cutting themes. Labels are searchable; folders are not nested more than three deep.

Automatic variants

On upload, Orbit360 generates the crops each connected channel needs — 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 1.91:1. You can override any crop per post without changing the original.

Alt text

Every image prompts for alt text before it can be attached to a published post. Alt text is stored on the asset, so reusing an image reuses the description. This is an accessibility requirement, not a suggestion — the composer blocks publish without it on channels that support alt text.

Rights and expiry

Set an expiry date on licensed assets. Orbit360 warns when scheduling content past that date and flags any already-published item using an expired asset.
