Inviting Your Team Members
Orbit360 is built for collaboration. Inviting your team allows you to assign responsibilities, streamline content approvals, and ensure everyone has the right level of access to your brands and social media channels.
Each invitation is sent via email with a secure invite link. Once accepted, the team member will be added to your workspace with the role and brand access you've assigned.
How to invite a team member
To invite someone to your workspace:
- Navigate to Team from the left navigation menu.
- Click Invite Team Member.
- Enter the team member's email address.
- Select the appropriate Role.
- Choose the Brand(s) the team member should have access to.
- Click Send Invitation.
The recipient will receive an email with instructions to join your Orbit360 workspace.
Team roles
Choose a role based on the level of access each team member needs.
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access to the workspace, including settings, billing, team management, brands, and all features. |
| Manager | Oversees content, campaigns, approvals, publishing, analytics, and team collaboration across assigned brands. |
| Creator | Creates, edits, schedules, and submits content for approval within assigned brands. |
| Approver | Reviews content and approves or rejects posts before they are published. |
| Client | Reviews assigned content and provides feedback without accessing internal workspace management features. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to assigned brands, dashboards, calendars, and reports. Cannot create or edit content. |
Brand access
Every team member must be assigned to at least one brand. Brand access ensures users only see the brands they're responsible for, helping keep workspaces organized and secure.
You can assign one brand, multiple brands, or all brands depending on the user's responsibilities. Brand access can be updated at any time from the Team page.
Managing invitations
From the Team page, you can view pending invitations, resend invitations that haven't been accepted, update a member's role or brand access, and remove users who no longer require access to your workspace.
Security
Every invitation is unique and delivered through a secure email link. Access is only granted after the recipient accepts the invitation, helping protect your workspace and brand data.
