Setting Up Your Workspace

Your workspace is the central hub for everything you do in Orbit360. It brings together your brands, team members, connected social accounts, campaigns, content, analytics, and settings into one secure environment.

Create or join a workspace

The first time you sign in to Orbit360, you'll be asked to either create a new workspace or join an existing workspace.

If you've been invited by a teammate, click Join an existing workspace and enter the invitation link or code that was shared with you. You'll immediately gain access to your team's workspace without creating a new one.

If you don't have an invitation, click Create a workspace to get started.

Creating a workspace

Creating a workspace takes less than a minute. Simply provide:

  • Workspace name (required) — usually your company or agency name.
  • Company name (optional) — leave blank if it's the same as your workspace name.
  • Country (optional) — helps personalize your experience.
  • Industry (optional) — select the industry your organization operates in.
  • Company size (optional) — choose the size of your business or team.
  • First brand (required) — every workspace includes at least one brand. This will be created automatically and can be renamed or expanded later.

Once completed, click Create workspace.

You'll automatically become the Workspace Owner, giving you full access to manage members, brands, integrations, billing, and workspace settings.

How Orbit360 is organized

Orbit360 uses a simple hierarchy:

  • Workspace — your organization's home. It contains your members, billing, settings, and integrations.
  • Brands — each workspace can manage one or multiple brands, each with its own content, channels, analytics, and campaigns.
  • Tools — every brand has access to Orbit360's modules, including Publishing, Inbox, Analytics, Social Listening, Competitor Tracking, Campaigns, and Asset Library.

This structure makes it easy to manage multiple brands while keeping data organized and secure.

What's next?

Your workspace is now ready. The next step is to connect your social media accounts so you can start publishing content, managing conversations, and tracking performance from one place.
