Uploading and Organizing Brand Assets
The Asset Library is your central repository for storing, organizing, and reusing creative files across your workspace. It helps your team quickly find approved assets, reduce duplicate uploads, and maintain brand consistency across every campaign and social media post.
Assets uploaded to the library can be used throughout Orbit360, including the post composer and campaign workspaces.

Using Assets
Assets stored in the library can be reused throughout Orbit360 without uploading them again.
When creating a social media post, click From Library in the media section of the post composer to attach existing assets.
Campaigns also include an Assets tab where you can:
- Link files from the Asset Library.
- Upload campaign-specific files.
- Add external resources such as Google Docs, Canva, or other URLs.
This keeps all creative resources related to a campaign in one place.
Asset Overview
The Asset Library dashboard provides a quick overview of your workspace, including:
- Total assets
- Storage used
- Brand libraries
- AI-generated assets
- Items in Trash
These metrics help you monitor storage usage and keep your library organized.
Best Practices
Create folders for each brand or campaign, use clear and descriptive filenames, add descriptions and tags to improve searchability, archive outdated assets instead of deleting them immediately, and reuse existing files whenever possible to maintain consistency across your content.
